1. Use your own account
Sign in with your own company account. Your existing role and assigned project or park determine what you can see and do. Do not share your account or use a connection to obtain access outside your assigned permissions.
2. Use it for Apple Seeds work
Use these systems only for legitimate Apple Seeds work. Keep company, project, resident, investor, employee, and vendor information confidential. Follow the applicable internal process before sharing, publishing, sending, or changing records.
3. Review important actions
Read details before approving a change, message, publication, financial action, or access change. Use the system’s confirmation step when it appears. A request saved in a system is not proof that a message was delivered, a payment was made, or a business process is complete.
4. Optional Muse connection
If Apple Seeds is available in Muse, you may ask Muse to connect your Apple Seeds account, then follow the company sign-in and consent prompts. Never share a password or token in a Muse chat. Muse can make mistakes, so check the result in Apple Seeds after an important action. Muse availability and connector approval are not guaranteed.
You can remove the connection in Muse and request authorization help through Apple Seeds account support. Removing a connection does not delete Apple Seeds records or remove your existing company account and permissions.
5. Need help?
Stop if something looks wrong or you are unsure whether you are allowed to proceed. Contact the Apple Seeds team for access or account support.
